In it you stated that the Circular Airflow book contained plans of Frank’s only documented, built, and tested IC powered model. I had been employed by JASCO for several years and there was a great deal of interest in this famous moderlor and his business. It drank with sadness that we nowadays see very little REAL aeromodelling activity worldwide.
I would like to point out that in zai ’36 yearbook, the Miss America is credited as his design. Looking for Frank Zaic model designs books.

By aeromodelling activity, I mean designing, building and flying REAL model airplanes made of balsawood. And as Guillow states on their kits: Yes, documentation consists of one small drawing, but I remember reading somewhere besides the ’36 yearbook of his telling about losing a brand new Baby Cyclone engine when the prototype flew away on it’s maiden flight, which set him back just about what Scientific paid him for the design.
Fortunately, there are still several aeromodellers who have kept this wonderful hobby and science alive, but unfortunately, not with the popularity nor wide acceptance it had some decades ago. May 28,
