I gave this book a 4.

Ryann is a fierce, independent and bold. His head hung low, and he refused to meet my eyes as he spoke. Can she save Quinn??? But, Quinn is hiding the truth, that he is a Gancanagh, a supposed mythical being who’s touch makes women go crazy, literally. Just a gorgeous creature inside and out. Dude, this freak Book: Like from the Arthurian legend? But not only does he have to protect Ryann from himself there is also a dark demon who has his eyes set on Ryann as well.

Aug 13, Novels On The Run rated it really liked it. It was funny, fierce, sappy, romantic and interesting. Why would sanhez put yourself in danger just to prove a point about how independent you are? There is a sweet sensation in this world samhaiin shines through. Sanchez did a great job with her world building and the characters were very well written.

Quinn, of course, is a mysterious cutie pie who is a jerk all at the same time. I wanted this novel, Eve of Samhain, to be a light-hearted romance with fun characters and a kick-ass protagonist.

The characters and plot line are well-developed, and it’s steaminess factor is certainly way up there without being the focal point of the book I hate to read stories that are entirely focused on the sex and lack well-developed plots- I mean, what’s the point?

She was a strong, independent, take no shit kind of girl!

But Quinn had a way of growing on a person and Ryann was no different. May 25, Laura Kreitzer rated it it was amazing Shelves: Right off the bat the guy is an arrogant arse with a huge ego yet Ryann is infatuated with him.

I think this book would cheer me up though. Quinn is an ancient legend so of course he is gorgeous. Tired of her boring, predictable life, all she wants is to get through her day and put the blind date she’s been roped into for later that evening behind her.

Quinn swaggers in to the bar where the heroine works with some pumped up blond she calls her “the set of boobs” he brought in with him and insults the heroine I had difficulties with putting it away and was seriously annoyed that I had some other things I needed to do for hours.

Trivia About Eve of Samhain H Jun 28, Marq ReadingRomanceinColor rated it really liked it. Sancchez Quinn has been cursed by the Faerie Queen for being a cocky Irish zanchez crossing the line with her and his fate is in her hands. But when a sexy Latin vamp literally falls from the sky, saving her from becoming an undead Happy Meal, she has no choice but to reassess everything she thinks she knows.

Of course he has a date, though. Along with the smexi anguish, the story comes complete with villain, action and even a moral lesson to be learnt!

Open Preview See a Problem? So Ryann is a 21 year old college student doing the usual struggles with money, work and school when she mets Quinn:: I loved the premise of this book! It was a great change to books I have recently been reading – I was crying out for more smexi and Eve of Samhain certainly delivered!

As the story progresses and she gets to know Quinn she falls all the more for him, and he does for her.

I am easily distracted in this regard by other aspects of the book listed above I love Ryann, and that is SO rare for me to even like a heroine without wanting to do harsh physical damage to her face. The way she played Ryann’s two worlds her friends and her romantic yumminess with Quinn was done in perfect harmony to the point I forgot I was in my bedroom reading and was transported right into the world Lisa created.

You are my life, the very air I breathe, and I cannot be without you.
